You might be struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, panic attacks, burn-out or perfectionism. With this you might be feeling overwhelm, sadness, exhaustion, frustration, fear or confusion. Or maybe a bundle of feelings that you canβt really pull apart.
Itβs probably been hard for you to work through the struggle of all these overwhelming feelings as well as hold everything together. And youβre looking for a compassionate, authentic, experienced therapist to work through this and get you back to yourself or maybe even to a better place than you have been before. You want to feel calm, fulfilled, empowered and authentically βyouβ.
Itβs my favourite thing in the world to help people transform from feeling disempowered, trapped or lost to feeling empowered, free, authentic with a more loving relationship with themselves. It is so fulfilling to help people step by step on their journey to overcome obstacles and difficulties, to a life that is not only more easeful but also deeply rewarding.
I will help you work through the blockages from how you want to feel by tailoring a range of psychotherapeutic approaches to suit you and meet you where you are. I am an integrative therapist integrating person-centred theory that puts the relationship with you at the centre of the work with other approaches such as Internal Family Systems therapy, emotional freedom technique, mindfulness, gestalt, cognitive-behavioural-therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches.

There are a few ways of working with me so read on to see what suits you.
In-person therapy
If you would prefer face-face one-to-one work, my therapy room is based in Hockley, Essex. Itβs a comfortable and confidential room for you to feel safe and held in sessions.
Online therapy
If you prefer the convienience of online therapy, I offer one-to-one sessions via Zoom. You just need a confidential space, a good internet connection and a device for Zoom (some people even use their car).
Group Coaching
If you struggle with people-pleasing and setting boundaries, my online group coaching program may be for you. Includes bitesize lessons, group coaching calls, fillable workbook and recorded meditations.
